Mission

To glorify God by making healthy, multiplying disciples who will help reach the world for Jesus Christ.

 

Student Ministries Vision

  • To develop students to have a personal relationship with God. (Col. 1:9-12)
  • Love students unconditionally. (Matt. 7:1-5; John 4:7-12)
  • Implement a discipleship track detailing teaching/training for student’s. (Eph. 4:12-15)
  • Offer opportunities for students to live out their faith. (Eph. 2:10; John 15:15-20)
  • To reach our community with the gospel of Christ. (Matt. 28:18-20)
  • Have fun. (Eccl. 3:12,13; 8:15)



Youth Group

Wednesday nights | 6:30-8:00pm
Doors open at 6:00pm

6th-8th grades

This is a great time for students to connect, have fun, and be challenged in their faith. Evenings offer large group teaching and small group discussion time. Over a three-year period students will study and discuss topics including: Surviving Middle School, Healthy Relationships, and Christian Disciplines.

9th-12th grades

Every week students meet in the Youth Center and will be challenged in their faith through relevant teaching and open discussion. All grades will meet together for large group teaching followed by small group discussion time divided by grade. Subjects that are covered: Purity, Personality/Spiritual Gifts, Evangelism, Apologetics, and Relationships.

Events & Outreach

Community building and discipleship opportunities for students. Events include: Fall Fling, New Year’s Overnight, Winter Retreat, District Student Conference, and National Challenge Conference, Mission trips, ski trip, Valleyfair, concerts, etc.

Sunday Bible Classes

Middle School

Growing Closer to Christ…We will spend our time together studying God’s word and praying with one another. We will cover an overview of the bible through The Story curriculum.
Meets at 9:00am in Sparks Room.

High School

Sunday mornings consist of studying God’s word and praying with one another. We will be focusing on the early church and the movement of the Gospel.
Meets at 9:00am in Room 236.
