The Bread of Life
The Feeding of the 5000 is the only miracle, besides the resurrection, that is recorded in all four gospels. The Jews believed that when the Messiah came, he would provide bread for the people in the wilderness, just as Moses had done. Jesus is able to meet our needs, because he is the Bread of Life.
