New Members Class

If you are part of our congregation and desire to take the step toward membership, here is your opportunity. We will learn about the heritage of the EFCA as well as the heritage of Lakes Free, review our Statement of Faith, discuss the organizational structure of our church and review some of the main ideas in our Constitution and By-Laws, and descriptions of our various ministries. It will also contain an application for membership that may be submitted to our church Elders for consideration, and eventual presentation to the Congregation.
This class is a requirement to apply for membership, but if you attend, you are not obligated to do so. Those who are curious about our mission, vision and personality as a congregation are welcome. Childcare will not be available.
